#4 Hogan reduced taxes. Kept State spending under control. Supported Charter Schools. Tried to stop a stupid Green Energy Bill.

On the other hand, he kept the State closed too long during Covid, agreed to some Racial quota type stuff and a few other things.

Probably near the best possibility for a state like Maryland.
