Rose City Antifa is in Portland, Oregon. Founded in 2007, they claim to be the oldest Antifa group in America, which is patent nonsense. Wikipedia claims though there have been antifascist groups in America since the 1980s, Rose City was the first to formally call itself Antifa.

18 U.S. Code § 2101 - Riots
(a) Whoever travels in interstate or foreign commerce or uses any facility of interstate or foreign commerce, including, but not limited to, the mail, telegraph, telephone, radio, or television, with intent—
(1) to incite a riot; or
(2) to organize, promote, encourage, participate in, or carry on a riot; or
(3) to commit any act of violence in furtherance of a riot; or
(4) to aid or abet any person in inciting or participating in or carrying on a riot or committing any act of violence in furtherance of a riot;

SENTENCE: 5 years

OREGON LAW 166.015 Riot

(1) A person commits the crime of riot if while participating with five or more other persons the person engages in tumultuous and violent conduct and thereby intentionally or recklessly creates a grave risk of causing public alarm.(2) Riot is a Class C felony.

SENTENCE: 5 to 10 years

So when will WE THE PEOPLE see Justice applied?
