#4 Maybe Trump should allow the Marines to guard the ICE facility. ROE is, if it throws something, shoot it. If it launches an explosive, shoot it, if it swings a club, buttstroke to the groin and then bayonet to the throat.

Oh and issue a few flamethrowers for crowd control.
