[NINANEWS] The Counter-Terrorism Service carried out specific operations in 3 governorates.
CTS stated in a statement: Based on the directives of the Commander-in-Chief of the Armed Forces and with a qualitative effort of our intelligence and tactical units, the Counter-Terrorism Service carried out this Friday morning a series of fruitful duties in northern and western Iraq.
It added: The men of the CTS began their duties in the Sulaymaniyah Governorate, in the Kurdistan region, with a joint operation that brought together our brave men and the heroes of the fight against terrorism in Sulaymaniyah, as the duty resulted in the arrest of two terrorist elements in the cities of Kalar and Bazian.
It explained, "In conjunction with the operation inside Sulaymaniyah, a special unit of the Counter-Terrorism Service carried out a qualitative operation in Kirkuk governorate, which resulted in the overthrow of a terrorist element belonging to the takfiri

Our heroes in Anbar were able, according to the statement, to find a cache of newly stored equipment, after receiving accurate intelligence information.
