Mexico Pres. AMLO thanks Biden on behalf of the cartels

[Red State] Joe Biden is in Mexico meeting with the President of Mexico Andrés Manuel López Obrador and Canadian Prime Minister Justin Trudeau. He delivered some remarks with the two other leaders on Tuesday.

Mexican President Obrador to Joe Biden:

"You, President Biden, you are the first president of the United States in a very long time that has not built, not even one meter of wall, and that we thank you for that, sir."
