FBI arrests far-right Boogaloo Boi, 29, for 'plotting to kill government officials while stockpiling machine guns and a rifle-mounted grenade launcher': Ohio extremist joked about Paul Pelosi 'staying home and getting hammered'

Aron McKillips, 29, was arrested by the FBI after stockpiling guns and creating a homemade Ar-15 rifle with a grenade launcher

He has been charged with unlawful possession of a machine gun and interstate communication of threats

McKillips is a member of the Boogaloo Bois, a militia group which seeks to overthrow the government and spark a second Civil War

...it’s pretty funny actually, and very much in line with the nearly three-century American tradition of mocking our politicians. As such, neither the FBI nor the news media have any business fussing about it.
McKillips was also heard complaining in an audio recording in a Signal chart room which had several federal informants in it, that no one wanted to 'raid a government building' with him, before saying that he wanted to 'mail a feds head back to his wife'

Another informant then told investigators that McKillips attended a protest at Richland County Jail in Mansfield, Ohio, to support a prisoner who had been killed by a corrections officer.

In June McKillips attended a Black Lives Matter protest in Louisville, providing security and blocking off traffic for other protesters.

McKillips is also reportedly a member of the New Sons of Liberty (NSOL) militia group, which advocates violence in pursuit of a far-right future.

#9 It seems curious to me that the movie The Electric Boogaloo could have inspired a militia movement. I sort of wonder if there are other militia inspired by Flash Dance, Footloose or Yentl. I am very glad that I did not select an on-line moniker like Shabadoo that might have sparked a Fed raid that would be upsetting to my chihuahua mix.

#13 ^ And low hanging fruit for the feebs. Real players will be quiet and aim for surgical, decisive actions. Most of them may not involve hitting govt officials at all. It is the merc riff raff, the mules, activists and coordinators that need... fixing. Take away the fringe power of the left and they'll have no muscle except for uniforms. A clever militia would hit that.
