gave an address on Sunday to the Congressional Black Caucus Foundation’s Phoenix Awards ceremony in Washington, D.C., in which he declared that "no one ever doubts that I mean what I say."

Biden made the remark in the context of his discussing Justice Ketanji Brown Jackson—whom he had nominated—taking her place on the Supreme Court.

Question : If any business, group was ____ White (TV, Caucus, Assoc., Fund, Magazine etc, etc, etc. it would be labeled a hate group, Racist and demands that it be halted.

Why then are Black only/focused organizations, Media groups, Magazines, Ad's etc etc that only allow Blacks as their leaders and members not also?

Or is this just another DOUBLE STANDARD allowed by
