renewed his threats of launching a military operation on northern Syria, and specified his targets in the two Syrian cities of Manbij and Tel Rifaat, which include many Internally Displaced Persons (IDPs).
Abdi pointed out that Erdogan’s attempts to get American and Russian permission for the invasion were unsuccessful, adding at the same time that they have received "no warranty" from them about the possibility of any Ottoman Turkish offensive.
