New York City officials say Texas Governor Greg Abbott is 'bar-coding people and treating them as less than human' as another four buses of migrants arrive Thursday in the Big Apple for a total of more than 1,500 for the week

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] Standard operating procedure at hospitals, so I’m not clear what’s objectionable here. It’s wristbands, after all, not tattoos.

New York officials have accused Texas Gov. Greg Abbott of placing bar codes on the record amounts of migrants bused into the city from the Lone Star State

Officials say the wristbands are a shrewd tactic to scare them into remaining on these buses until they arrive in New York

The claims stem from a video captured by city immigration workers at the city's Port Authority bus station Wednesday, which shows migrants wearing wristbands

Earlier this month, Abbott began sending busloads of asylum seekers to New York City to call attention to the migrant crisis affecting his state

The maneuver is likely to put pressure on Mayor Eric Adams, who has been at war with Abbott since he said he would welcome the migrants with open arms

#6 Well then it sounds like New York City has a moral obligation to take them on. A true policy of concern would be sending buses themselves to triple the input, at least.

Hold up; is this the New York City which sent a fire squad of police to bust up a 5 year old's birthday party because papers were not in order?
