Victoria Spartz (R-northern Indianapolis) moved to America after getting an MBA in Kiev, so she knows her former homeland. In the years since she earnt her CPA and real estate broker license, became an adjunct business school professor, was a founding member of the local TEA Party group. After serving in the Indiana legislature for three years, she was elected to the U.S. House in 2020 for Indianapolis and its wealthy northern suburbs as one of the anti-socialism Freedom Force Republicans — not what is being claimed about how such people vote, but it’s been a Republican safe seat since 1993...
