Tops employee Latisha Rogers claims a 911 operator hung up on her during Saturday's grocery store massacre in Buffalo, NY

Rogers said the operator used a 'nasty tone' with her for whispering on the call

The dispatcher has been placed on administrative leave and could be terminated

Officials have reviewed the 911 call and are investigating the incident

Ten people were killed in the shooting which was allegedly orchestrated by 18-year-old Payton Gendron, a self-proclaimed white supremacist
