U.S. District Court Judge Christopher Cooper denied John Durham's request to allow Hillary Clinton's tweets in the trial against her former campaign lawyer

The October 31, 2016, tweets involve Clinton demanding Donald Trump answer to a Slate article alleging his connections to the Kremlin-tied Alfa Bank

The allegations against Trump stem from leaked documents from former Clinton Campaign lawyer Michael Sussmann, with the files heavily scrutinized

Sussmann was indicted for lying to the FBI when he denied working for the Clintons when he released the files, which Durham said were fabricated

The judge ultimately denied allowing the tweets in court, excluding them as hearsay and that it would be 'duplicative of other evidence'

#1 How are those tweets hearsay? If that's true then ALL tweets are hearsay and not admissable in court.
