They're really very devout, committing every atrocity they can find in the Koran and inventing a few more. (IS) in a statement has grabbed credit for the earth-shattering kabooms in four different Afghan cities that killed over 40 civilians and maimed more than eighty more, India Today reported.
The IS in their statement said that explosives were set in a bag inside the mosque in Mazar-e-Sharif and were blown up from afar.
