At least nine people were shot at a venue in Furman, South Carolina early Sunday

The venue Cara's Lounge was hosting an 'Easter Bash,' according to a flier

No deaths have been reported as state police officers investigate the incident

It's the second mass shooting in SC in two days and the third nationwide

Jewayne M. Price, 22, was arrested in connection to Saturday's shooting at the Columbiana Centre mall in Columbia, about 98 mi north of Furman

Police initially detained him as one of three persons of interest in the shooting

In Pittsburgh, two minors were killed and eight were injured during a shooting a ta house party early Sunday morning

I like to call the USA a 'first world third world country'.

America is the better part of a continent, and the population is not homogenous throughout. Some areas/communities/neighbourhoods choose to be less orderly and prosperous than others. But we see that elsewhere, too: there are so-called No Go areas throughout the EU and Britain, where the residents hew to a different culture, and firemen, for instance, can only go in with an armed police escort. The French suburbs, Molenbeek in Brussels, Malmo in Sweden... the list is long.

Although highly advertised and applauded by academia and media, cultural assimilation through cross-breeding has met with limited success, as has the legalization of mind altering drugs. One of the more recent solutions of government and science appears to be Genetically modification, or treating humans as Genetically Modified Organisms (GMOs) such as plants.

We appear to have deviated from the intent of nature. Will the Muruwari people of New South Wales become the new diamond cutters of Antwerp? Will flooding the troubled, crime ridden urban zones with millions of more compliant migrants be the answer? Can assimilation and human harmony be achieved through artificially produced 'Gain of Function?'

Yesterday's celebration is very likely the intended solution, but we are in denial there as well. I am not hopeful. I reckon we'll just have to see how it goes.

#9 Ain't it funny. Here's a tribe that feels maximum force is the appropriate response to the mildest slight, down to an imaginary one. But, OTOH, they don't feel any po-lice should ever stop them from driving erratically in a stolen car, put a hand on them during an arrest, etc.

Swillary says "it takes a village." Well, many of these were raised much more by a village than by their single parent, and here's what the village raised up.

#13 Since the start of Obama 3.0 (the current Puppet Show) there has been an endless effort to appease in financial, social and media terms the sense of victim-hood among minorities. Creating class/racial divides and defining mainstream societal structure and norms as "white supremacist", they create the perception in ignorant minds of permission and justification. Until we abandon terms like African-American and People of Color and just describe all of us as American, this continues. America is hugely successful because of the genius of our founders and the wealth of what they created. It is our heritage and beliefs that are superior to other systems in the history of the world, not because they are "white" but because they are inspired by an understanding of fundamental human character and freedom.

The massive inundation of our nation, abetted by one political party as a means to power, has swamped our ability to assimilate and educate those who come here to the heritage, expectations and obligations they receive. Coming here illegally abrogates all of that, sadly by design of those holding the doors open.

Divide and conquer has been a known tactic for millennia, and serves an enemy well. The cabal running the White House has allegiances, motives and objectives that serve those elsewhere....
