PM pledged to do 'whatever it takes' to push through his landmark scheme

He said 'tens of thousands' of Channel migrants would be sent 4,000 miles away

The government is now bracing itself for legal challenges against the proposal

And now, the UNHCR has hit out at the PM's plan, saying it 'strongly condemns outsourcing the primary responsibility to consider the refugee status'
