Florida first lady cancer-free after chemo, governor says

NOT Seedy, but good tidings for 'Murica

Glad to hear the lady is doing well.

[10 News] Florida first lady Casey DeSantis is considered cancer-free following treatment and surgery for breast cancer.

Gov. Ron DeSantis made the announcement in a video message Thursday.

The first lady’s diagnosis was made public in October. The governor in late January said she finished chemotherapy treatments.

#1 Most chemo patients are cancer free shortly after treatment. The tell is 6 mos to a year down the line.

#3 Spousal unit just went for an 'early' (<3 yr) colonoscopy (which is probably not going to be covered by insurance.) Found two large (1.5-2 cm) polyps, with pre-cancerous pathology. Now dealing with post-process complications.
