The selected businesses could enjoy of three months of free rent and a $20,000 award to use for interior design and setup expenses and merchandising

Only five business will be given the vacant spaces on the intersection of 16th Street and Champa, one of the most concentrated pockets of drugs and crime

In 2021, more than 53 drug-related crimes were reported in the area, amid an overall crime surge in the Mile-High City

In Denver, robberies are up 75percent and drug-related crimes are up 26.8 percent in the year to date compared to the same period in 2022

No matter what excuse you make, there are other citizen raise in the same economic and social conditions these perps were and they did not make the self destructive choices the perps made.
