Smollette claims:

the money paid the brothers was for drugs
the brothers hoped to extort $1M each from him
one of the brothers was his sex and drug buddy

Perjury, filing a false police report,inciting Racial Disturbances resulting in numerous injuries, private and public property damages, wasting 100's if not 1000's of hours of Law Enforcement time needed by real victims, falsifying a Hate Crime for personal profit or gain.

They would be looking at likely 3 to 20 years.

When done by a Famous Liberal Black Homosexual Actor that is BLM and Democrat.

an amusing incident happened during cross examination - the prosecutor read verbatim some of Smolletts texts in which Smollette uses the N word

Smollette asked if the prosecutor would elide it and the prosecutor said, 'no - these are your words and if I change them they aren't your words'
