#1 Ridiculous. The defendant is clearly shown in this sequence of images as trapped between two advancing, menacing thugs, one of whom is seen brandishing a pistol and the other of whom is advancing steadily and readying to charge at the defendant.

Add to this the shrewd observation based on the clear evidence from the infrared video -- that the defendant is raising his arm, NOT his gun -- and the obvious conclusion is that the defendant is not only actually retreating from a confrontation but also giving notice, in the form of a raised arm, that he wishes to AVOID any confrontation with these two advancing predatory berserkers ... one of whom, as adduced at trial, multiple times screamed at tgefdegndant and vowed to kill him "if I find you alone."

If this young man is not acquitted of all charters tgen Katy bar the door. These liars and thugs are pushing us -- the vast majority in this country, we the normals, those who despise thuggery and mob rule and oligarchy, who love rule of law -- we normies are being backed against a wall.

At some point we may be left with no choice but to pursue the path that this defendant pursued.

But we will not be freelancing solo.

Will these DA's be brought up and criminal charges?

It seems clear, they are doing everything they can by hook or by crook to get a conviction. Even so far as delaying access to, hiding, tampering with and misrepresenting evidence.

What kind of criminal process is it that allows such manipulation?

In any case it's just a blurry mess. A Rorschach. Which means the jury's deliberations are now at severe risk of political manipulation, of one or more jurors being free to completely disregard their duty to find the facts -- and only those facts introduced at trial.

Facts that yield the overwhelming, obvious conclusion that the defendant was provoked and acted legally, in clear self-defense... as opposed to the utterly absurd prosecution argument that it was this young man who provoked these violent berserkers who every single piece of reliable evidence indicates attacked him, charging and cornering him like a pack of wolves.

#4 It's never been about the young man, or his being attacked. It's all about that evil Black Rifle and American's right to be armed and protect themselves.

Had Rittenhouse not been armed, but defended himself with a large rock, slaying both attackers...where would all of this be ?

#6 a few minutes ago the Judge Schroeder dismissed the misdemeanor gun charge against Rittenhouse before Jury instructions and final arguments.
