Cameroonian man forced out of Del Rio is seen writhing in pain from broken ankle after leaping off third-floor hotel balcony to evade Mexican officers rounding up migrants to fly them back to Tapachula

An African migrant was seen leaping off a third-floor balcony in Ciudad Acuña, Mexico in a desperate attempt to evade immigration officers

Video obtained by DailyMail.com shows a Cameroonian man breaking his ankle after trying to escape a hotel surrounded by Mexican National Guard soldiers

The man is seen lying on the ground and screaming in pain, saying: 'Jesus, Jesus, Jesus' after being found by officials

Mexican authorities have rounded up about 1,000 mostly Haitian migrants after many fled Del Rio, Texas and returned to the Mexican side of the border

Some are being kept in hotels that are heavily guarded by immigration officers

The hotels are raided nighty with officers rounding up migrants to fly them to Tapachula, Todd Bensman of the Center for Immigration Studies said

'They told me what their strategy is and what their orders are - it's to clear out all the Haitians who fled from the [Texas] camp,' he told DailyMail.com
