NYC man arrested twice in the last month for attacking strangers STABS tourist from California after being freed again

Adan Moreno, 29, stabbed a man from Los Angeles in the stomach as he walked through Midtown Manhattan with his brother, girlfriend and two young kids

The attack happened around 9.40pm on Friday after the victim confronted Moreno for throwing a pack of strawberries at him

Moreno was arrested on multiple charges, including second-degree assault, reckless endangerment and criminal possession of a weapon

In August he was arrested twice within two weeks for punching two people in separate incidents that took place in Brooklyn then Manhattan

The stabbing comes nearly a week after NY Mayor Bill de Blasio announced that the city had one of its safest Augusts on record

#1 I guess NYC could enact strict knife control laws. Or ban people from California - which actually has a chance of keeping Californian tourists from being killed in NYC.
