Yesterday, a man was run over by a driver. When Portland Police & emergency crews responded, he was already dead. Tera A. Harris, 49, was arrested over the incident. Nope Tera A. Harri didn't run over a ANTI-Fart protester, or a old White or Asian person.

Yep she ran over her own husband.

Given her history of Anti-Police Rants on #B.L.A.
