San Diego County board meeting is hijacked by anti-vaxxers who accuse members of ‘crimes against humanity' and being Nazis for debating mask and vaccine mandates

- Matt Baker called the supervisors Nazis saying 'You are about to open a pit of hell' claiming they broke the Nuremburg Code for human rights
- Over 100 residents voiced their opinions on local covid mandates during Tuesday's San Diego County board meeting that lasted four and a half hours
- Some who claimed to be nurses questioned the science behind the vaccine and denied that mask are effective to stop the spread of the infectious disease
- Escondido resident Kevin Stevenson said he had listened for nearly four hours to 'unhinged death cultists' as the anti-vaxxers took over the meeting
- San Diego County announced that they will begin requiring vaccine cards or weekly testing and mask wearing for their employees
- The county has suggested that local businesses follow similar procedures
