Ex-Army Ranger who joined Capitol riot ordered to remain in jail until trial because he's 'too dangerous', judge slams him for using military training to help organize MAGA mob

Robert Morss, a former Army Ranger turned substitute teacher who joined Capitol rioters, was ordered to remain in jail until his trial by a federal judge

Morss, from Pittsburgh, was slammed for using his military training to help organize a mob of Capitol rioters that breached the U.S. Capitol

New videos of Morss were released by the Justice Department, depicting him coordinating with additional rioters and instigating clashes with police

Morss was identified in the videos with superimposed boxes and arrows

He is depicted speaking to other rioters shortly before grabbing a fence and pulling it away from the police line

In another video, Morss is seen handing stolen police shields to other rioters, while another reveals him entering the Capitol through a broken window

Morss was taken into federal custody on June 11 on assault, robbery, and other charges for his alleged participation in the January 6 riot at the US Capitol

He has since pleaded not guilty to all charges

#5 I don't think anyone is really serious about getting to the bottom of this. Madame Speaker and the FBI probably have considerable knowledge about what went on that day. However, it is unlikely to come out.

#6 Well if he seriously "instigating clashes with police" then he should be put in the same jailhouse as the Antifa folks that "instigating clashes with police". Same rules for everyone.
