'Ridiculous': Judge hit for ordering Trump supporter to remove 'F**k Biden' sign from yard

[BIZPACREVIEW] A municipal judge in New Jersey’s Roselle Park borough is facing condemnation and scorn for effectively violating a Trump supporter’s First Amendment rights because of a complaint reportedly made by the borough’s Democrat Party mayor.

That Trump supporter, Andrea Dick, has been displaying a slew of pro-Trump and profanely anti-Biden signs on the fence outside her mother’s home.

Or rather, she had been, up until Roselle Park Municipal Court Judge Gary Bundy issued a ruling last Thursday ordering her mother, Patricia Dilascio, to remove the signs containing profanity within a week or face a $250/day fine.

According to NJ.com, the judge argued that the profanity violates a borough ordinance, § 3-8, that explicitly states that homeowners are barred from displaying "any obscene material, communication or performance or other article or item which is obscene within the Borough."

Obscenity is defined by the ordinance as anything that "appeals to the prurient interest," "depicts or describes in a patently offensive way sexual conduct," "depicts or exhibits offensive nakedness" or "lacks serious literary, artistic, political or scientific value."

#1 This judge has an unusual notion of prurient interest. Perhaps he finds the notion of intercourse with our president overly stimulating to his sexual fantasies.

I suggest having a garden gnome made that has the likeness of Biden. And train your dog to piss on it every day. You could have it hold a sign too that says 'I stole the election'.

I have to say, I am also fed up with the profanity and immorality openly displayed by persons on T-shirts, TAT's, cars, yards signs, and banners.

We need to remember "TACK" is the ability to tell someone to "Go To Hell" and make them feel happy to be on their way. Because there are a 1000+ ways to state your position in a proper civil decorum manner and make a lasting impression.

These people don't even bother to hide how profoundly illiberal they are. They will happily bring our system down, without a thought to the tyranny that will happen afterwards. They will be genuinely surprised when it turns on them and they end up in one of their own gulags.

#12 Blot out the last three letters - 'F*** Biden', and see what the judge does. If the supposed issue is profanity, then Andrea substantially complies with the major provision(s) of the court order. In most cases, 'substantially complies' is all that's necessary to beat the rap.

Raj story time - I got an IRS goon off my client's back in much the same manner; I gave him the records he wanted and told him 'GFY' on the other parts of the summons, which was delivered to me and my client... on Christmas Eve. I spent that night figuring out what I mentioned above and said 'in retrospect, not a bad way to spend Christmas Eve when I can tell an IRS agent to go to hell and there isn't jack squat he can do about it.'
