NAACP Leader Who Declared 'Let Them Die' About Opponents of CRT Has Resigned

The other day I highlighted the disturbing remarks of a local NAACP leader in Fairfax County, Virginia. On Thursday night, Michelle Leete stood outside the Jackson Middle School and rallied protesters in favor of Critical Race Theory (CRT) into a round of applause as she declared "Let them die" about her opponents. On Saturday morning, the Virginia PTA announced over Twitter that she's since resigned from her position with them.

Leete resigned from her position of Vice President of Training at the Virginia PTA. She's also the Vice President of the Fairfax NAACP and the Vice President of Communications for the Fairfax County PTA.

Natanson also revealed it appears Leete is no longer with the Fairfax PTA, either, as the position is listed as "vacant" on their website:

But, as the fallout from her remarks continues — fueled by conservative commentators online — Leete appears to have already lost another job: her position as vice president of communications for the Fairfax County Council Parent Teacher Association. As of Saturday morning, the Fairfax PTA website listed the communications vice president role as “Vacant” in a slot that contained Leete’s name as recently as Friday evening.

The Fairfax PTA did not immediately respond to a question asking why and how Leete had lost her position with the group.

The PTA position is probably unpaid, so her income is still half of what it was, while the flattery of the silly is down 90% — a deficit the poor dear will feel daily.
