California man, 32, arrested for prowling is found with 'rifles, a manifesto about committing genocide and bullets inscribed with 'Cop Killer' stashed in his truck'

[Daily Mail, where America gets its news] - Wesley Charles Martines, 32, was taken into custody in the San Jose neighborhood of Campbell on Tuesday night
- Police had received reports that he was prowling around a parking lot
- Martines was found with two AR-style rifles, a Glock 9 mm handgun, throwing knives and a pipe bomb, according to police
- They also found ammunition inscribed with the phrase 'Cop Killer'
- Martines allegedly had a handwritten manifesto on him when he was arrested that said he wanted to wipe out black, Hispanic and Jewish populations
- The journal also included a plan to go to sporting goods store, dress up as an employee and tie everybody up
