Blinken: Most rockets fired in recent Gaza fighting were produced locally

#4 'Produced locally' is a relative term. US manufacturers use that all the time to get the 'Made in USA' moniker while actually using separate components produced in other nations with final assembly in US.

Assembled locally with 'foreign materials' would be more accurate.
