Jessica Beauvais, 32, was arraigned in Queens Supreme Court on Tuesday on a 13-count indictment in connection with a fatal hit-and-run of an NYPD cop

She faces up to 15 years in prison

Beauvais allegedly ran over Officer Anastasios Tsakos, 43, on the Long Island Expressway while driving drunk and sped off

Prosecutors described how Beauvais allegedly whined: 'Why did my first accident have to be a cop?' as she sat in the back of a squad car after her arrest

She posted a livestream hours earlier downing drinks and and saying 'f**k the police'

Tsakos, 43, left behind a wife and two young children
