Israel practices 'roof knocks', tries to avoid civilian casualties (but sometimes cannot be avoided) and targets terrorists.

#8 I agree with Senior Platypus. Israel should employ friendly media companies to wage a hearts & mind campaign to win over the world at large. Admittedly, there may be issues with running this play.
