Michelle Obama reacts to Meghan Markle's racism claims

 ...unlikable American former starlet married to the formerly likable Prince Harry. Chock full of lefty political opinions, Markle's most important characteristic is that she is Black, even though she doesn't look it. Her mother, y'see, is half black and her father is white, which would make her a quarter Black. Her half brother described her (to her husband, before their marriage) as a jaded, shallow, conceited woman that will make a joke of you and the royal family heritage. Once married, she was too good for the Royals and she and Harry decamped to Beverly Hills, kind of like the Clampetts did, thus making a joke of Harry and the royal family heritage...

Obama was asked about Markle and Prince Harry
 ’s bombshell sit-down with Oprah Winfrey in an interview with NBC’s "TODAY" show that is scheduled to air Tuesday.
Markle, 39, who is biracial,
Her mother's bi-racial. Her father is white, which would make her a quarter racial. He little boy would be an eighth racial. At which point do you stop being "racial?"
told Winfrey that someone in the royal family expressed "concerns" to Harry, 36, about "how dark" their son Archie’s skin would be.

Co-host Jenna Bush Hager said it was "heartbreaking" to hear Markle describe the conversation, adding, "she felt like she was in her own family — her own family thought differently of her."
Will Archie someday stew missionaries in those great big pots?
Obama replied, "As I said before, race isn’t a new construct in this world for people of color, and so it wasn’t a complete surprise to hear her feelings and to have them.
I'm sure it wasn't, to someone like Michelle Obama.
