#1 This is known as passive immunization. It's been used for (almost) 200 year. In the specific case of covid - it's what they gave to Trump.

#3 They have tested it on ten volunteers, and hope to work up to 1,200 for the next round. This isn’t close to being market ready. I suppose, though, that any hospital with a hematology lab and a centrifuge could spin off some of the stuff from blood taken from a Covid survivor and be good to go.
