More US churches are committing to racism-linked reparations
NEW YORK (AP) — The Episcopal Diocese of Texas acknowledges that its first bishop in 1859 was a slaveholder. An Episcopal church in New York City erects a plaque noting the building’s creation in 1810 was made possible by wealth resulting from slavery.

And the Minnesota Council of Churches cites a host of injustices — from mid-19th century atrocities against Native Americans to police killings of Black people — in launching a first-of-its kind "truth and reparations" initiative engaging its 25 member denominations.

These efforts reflect a widespread surge of interest among many U.S. religious groups in the area of reparations, particularly among long-established Protestant churches that were active in the era of slavery. Many are initiating or considering how to make amends through financial investments and long-term programs benefiting African Americans.

WANT TO DISCUSS REPARATIONS?
It is Obviously way to long to present here in full rebuttal detail.

BUT, IF it were deemed constitutionally legal. Which it is not. Not every America-African could or would collect.

WHY?
In 1850 the estimated Slave Population was 3.9+/- Million.
Only direct injured parties and in some cases their immediate living descendants can collect in wrongful imprisonment lawsuits.

What are these odds? Well if a person was 1 year old in 1865 that makes them about 155 old today. Their descendants would be well over 125years old today. The oldest living US Black American is Hester Ford. 115 born in 1905 making her parents born around 1880+ (NON-Slaves, since Black America Family marriages ranged from 15 year olds to the upper end of 18 year olds in those days.

ALSO NONE of the over 4 millions persons that immigrated from Africa to the USA since 1900, can seek reparations. NO US SLAVE BLOOD.

Also roughly one-in-ten black American (9%) living in the U.S. now are foreign born and have NO US pre-1865 Slavery lineage and could not collect. Again NO US SLAVE BLOOD.

So if it were a Generally PAID Reparation based solely on any very distantly proven US Slave lineage. An using the 40 AC and Mule illegally 1865 made promise. Then we talking about $5,500 shared among every living descendant NOW. NOT $5,500 EACH. Also Reparations would end with this generation, because claimed Debt will have settled.

So what are we legally looking at? $0.00.

Now lets talk how much the Taxpayers have ALREADY Paid Out to those that are again demanding Reparations.

Estimates run from $1 TRILLION to $1.2 Trillion spend on the war on Poverty and Minority Care each year. 39.8% of all the actual welfare recipients are to Black Americans. So 39% of $1 Trillion is about $390B per year for over 50+ years. Or something like $19.5 TRILLION has already been paid.
