#3 The FBI needs to be completely rebuilt. Anyone over a GS-13 level fired and all other agents re-interview after looking at their history.

#4 Wray is not the guy to overhaul the FBI. Get a reformer in there after Nov. 3rd. In the mean time Omar needs to be investigated for various crimes and charged where appropriate.
