[DailyMail, where America gets its news] - Kurt Andras Reinhold, 42, was shot dead by two Orange County Sheriff's Department deputies on Wednesday
- Reinhold was a homeless man, while the deputies are in a unit specializing in homeless services and resources
- Witnesses said that authorities stopped Reinhold for 'jaywalking'
- He appeared to be aggressive and unwilling to comply with the deputies' commands.
- He was killed after the three men got into physical altercation on the street
- Sheriff Don Barnes released a photo he said showed an unarmed Reinhold attempting to reach for a deputy's gun
- Some protests have already sparked in the area, with three people arrested for disorderly conduct and one for vandalism
- Reinhold's death came on the same day a grand jury brought no charges against Louisville police for the death of Breonna Taylor in Kentucky
