BREAKING - Trump to Name Amy Coney Barrett For SCOTUS

[Washington Examiner] Sources told the New York Times that Trump plans to announce Saturday afternoon that the 7th U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals judge will be his third nominee to the high court, but they stressed caution because the president has a history of changing his mind at the last minute.
So maybe not so "Breaking News". However ...
Told that Barrett was reported to be his pick, the president replied, "I haven't said it was her, but she is outstanding." He also said all the candidates under consideration are "all great."

When Trump selected Brett Kavanaugh in 2018 to fill the vacancy from retiring Justice Anthony Kennedy, he said of Barrett, "I'm saving her for Ruth's seat," a Republican Senate staffer told the Washington Examiner.

#2 They are already starting in on her and her husband: Twitter people are asking for anyone that has records of their adoption of the 2 mixed-race kids from Haiti. The left apparently wants to say they were improper, or something like that.

Despicable. But I kinda want them to go hard after her on faith and go after their children, because it will drive a lot of fence-setters into being Trump voters. Especially lefty Catholics who are somehow voting Joe "because he is Catholic" while overlooking his support for abortion, euthanasia, and the demolition of traditional marriage and gender, all in opposition to Church Dogma.

#3 Barrett will be an asset to to court and this nation. Hopefully on day one she’ll sit Roberts down and lay down the law.

#4 I wouldn't discount a head fake and have Trump put up the Latino lady tomorrow.

Both of these choices are excellent picks, but make the left live up to their identitarian politics.
