Two counts of the suit rely on Reconstruction era federal statutes designed to protect Black Americans from the Ku Klux Klan and white supremacist groups

Plaintiffs claim Facebook 'empowered right wing militias to inflict extreme violence and deprive Plaintiffs and protestors of their rights'

#3 There is a doctrine in the law that if you are part of criminal conspiracy that results in death, you can be charged in that death. Rioting and public disorder come to mind.

#5 this is a junk law suit where the four people are hoping to get a settlement

not that I love Facebook but requiring them to scrub all sites for anything that could indirectly lead to people collaborating in a crime (btw, although a murder charge has been issued in this case, that too is garbage) would be impossible to administer

#7 I think they'll have trouble as the legal team defending Kyle have said his group were part of the protest (but anti-arson) and even chanted "no lives matter until black lives matter". Hardly right wing extremists
