- An appeals court ruled police violated the rights of some suspects, including Kraft, by secretly recording them allegedly paying for sex acts
- Florida prosecutors won't challenge the decision over concerns that doing so could have 'broader, negative implications beyond the limited facts of this case'
- Kraft's attorney filed a motion on Monday to have the police recordings burn so it can never be released to the public
- Kraft was accused of soliciting sexual acts from woman at a massage parlor in Jupiter, Florida, in 2019
- Felony charges against the parlor owners and employees could proceed
