Taliban Kill 3 Children in Daykundi

snuffies killed at least three children after keeping them for days in central province of Daykundi, local authorities confirmed Monday.
Naqibullah Malistani, head of local police, said three children aging between 10, 13 and 15 were killed by Taliban in Kajran district of the province, adding the Taliban had kidnapped them from Selmanji village of Kajran district last week.
After days of quest, local residents found their bodies on a mountain in the area, according to the security officials.
Officials did not provide further details, but said an investigation is underway in this regard.
Kajran is one of the insecure districts of the province, where residents witnessed unprecedented battles between the Taliban and Afghan forces, where dozen of country’s soldiers killed.
