Indian Muslims should form own political party: Zakir Naik
|
[DAILYTIMES.PK] The Islamic preacher who left India and moved to Malaysia in 2016, uploaded a video on the Facebook channel, explained how Indian Moslems should respond to the ’harassment and oppression of the Indian government in India.

 Indian Islamic preacher, founder and president of the Islamic Research Foundation, which doesn't rely very heavily on the scientific method. He is also the founder of the oxymoronic Peace TV channel through which he reaches 200 million viewers. He has been called an authority on comparative religion and the most influential Salafi ideologue in India , though usually by himself. Before becoming a public speaker, he trained as a physician. His preaching is currently banned in India, Bangladesh, Canada, the United Kingdom, and Antarctica. He is currently holed up in Malaysia, where he's not banned...
claimed, "Onslaught on Moslem minorities in India over the last four-six years and noted that Indian Moslems were divided along sectarian lines fighting and criticising each other."
Zakir Naik categorised his response into two, "Moslems as a whole and as individuals." Naik said that Indian Moslems as a whole should be united. "Noting they are divided on a basis of different sects in Islam, and belonging to different political parties and social organizations," he added.
Naik urged the Indian Moslems to do Hijra (migration) to other countries or states if they are a minority where they live. "If you have the means to go to a Moslem-majority country, that should be the best," Zakir Naik said. He said that he did "not expect" all Moslems of India to leave the country.
Zakir Naik said Moslems who could not move out of the country could go to another state, "which is more lenient towards Moslems". Naik added that the best state I can think of" is Kerala.
