Judge Sullivan defiant; requests en banc hearing of Flynn decision

It is a long hodge podge of mostly irrelevant case references.

But the quality of the Petition doesn't matter so much. Sullivan seems to think there are enough Trump haters on the Circuit court to get his way.

#1 Obvious to even a blind man that its political at this point, trying to stretch it out so it can be used as a campaign issue, to say "yes but..." when the Durham indictments come down. Sullivan ought to be impeached.

#7 Aside from impeachment (see how AlCee Hastings got elected to Congress afterwards) Sullivan has zero risk of career impact and a high degree of support among his peers and sycophants. This is arrogant pride and political skullduggery in the open, after all he is the highest kind of aristocrat in the new world order of the woke, a black judge.
