If its that bad, I know this is 50'ish, but have you considered a curfew say 8pm to 4am? It's not like there is a lot of stuff open to go to anyways.

I've been pleading for smaller government, less debt and no self-enriching corrupted politicians. I've been about as successful as this mayor will be.
