Clearly, Saudi Aramco is tapping its big strategic oil stocks in the kingdom, plus Okinawa (Japan), Sidi Kerir (Egypt) and Rotterdam to boost supplies to the market, as fast and as quickest as possible. This is a tool that Russia simply doesn't have. Truly shock-and-awe. #OOTT
