| Mr. Khangoshvili is the Caucasian Emirate (most recently affiliated with ISIS and the Tsarnaev brothers) fighter whose application for asylum in Germany under the name of Tornike K. was rejected for cause. He was listed for deportation when a Russian agent saved Germany from having to exert itself in the matter. For this kindness the assassin was arrested and two Russian diplomats were PNG’d.
