Senior U.S. administration official says TSO is going to unguarded prisons and releasing ISIS detainees - then blaming SDF

For those who don't know, TSO (Turkish Supported Opposition) is the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army. They are the ones that have been beheading prisoners and killing civilians (including a female Kurdish politicians) across northeast Syria since the Turkish invasion.
