Regular MSNBC Guest Fantasizes About Driving Car Into Trump Building

[Federalist] Elie Mystal, an MSNBC regular who once called for a majority of white people in America to be destroyed on air, tweeted Wednesday that he regularly fantasizes about ramming his car into the lobby of a Trump Organization luxury apartment complex in a New York City suburb.

"Real talk: When you come out of the parking lot of this mall/movie theater, you have to sit a red light staring right into this lobby," Mystal wrote on Twitter, linking to an article about a recent incident in which his fantasy became a reality in Westchester. "I’ve thought about driving my car through it EVERY TIME. Basic humanity keeps me from doing it, but JUST."

In addition to his affiliation with MSNBC, Mystal is the executive editor of the "Above the Law" blog and is a contributor to The Nation.

The New York Daily News reported Tuesday, that a car accidentally ploughed into the Trump Plaza hotel resulting in minor injuries. Mystal floated a conspiracy theory that the accident was intentional, though both the Daily News and the New York Times have reported that the act was an accident.

#2 Well then he should expect a knock on the door at 3am by a SWAT team who have a writ to confiscate his automobile and any forms of mechanical locomotion in his possession - bicycles, scooters, roller and ice skates, bowflex, workout bike, so forth.

If he passes a series of psychological evaluations, he would be allowed to hire a lawyer and plead his case in a court of law.

If he wins his case, he can re-claim his property, after paying an impound storage fee, at a time determined by the warehouse.

Any future purchases of locomotion machines or parts may require a subsequent evaluation at the interviewer's time and place of convenience which may include unannounced visits to his residence any time of the day, whether he is at home or not.

Because innocence is not proven until the court appearance, employer is exempt from any wrongful termination charges until after innocence is established. Accusers can remain anonymous, and are exempt from counter-suits.

Being found guilty, he is prohibited from owning or operating any form of locomotion indefinitely. Possession or use will result in a minimum 10 years in a federal prison.

Its just common sense.
