Gillibrand Would Explain to White Suburban Women 'What White Privilege Actually Is' to Fix Baltimore

[CNSNEWS] "What would you do for Baltimore and other cities that need help?" several Democrats were asked at Wednesday's CNN-hosted debate.

When her turn came to answer that question, Sen. Kirsten Gillibrand

...Machine non-entity selected to become the successor to Hillary Clinton as Senatrix-for-Life from Noo Yawk. She is running for the Dem presidential nomination in 2020. She has no observable principles, will apparently say anything to anyone, and seemingly lacks any personality of her own....
(D-N.Y.) invoked her own "~~pasty~~ white privilege."

So I don't believe that it's the responsibility of Cory and Kamala to be the only voice that takes on these issues of institutional racism, systemic racism in our country. I think as a white woman of privilege, who is a U.S. senator, running for president of the United States, it is also my responsibility to lift up those voices that aren't being listened to.

And I can talk to those white women in the suburbs that voted for Trump and explain to them what white privilege actually is, that when their son is walking down a street with a bag of M&Ms in his pocket, wearing a hoodie, his whiteness is what protects him from not being shot.

When his -- when her -- when their child has a car that breaks down, and he knocks on someone's door for help, and the door opens, and the help is given, it's his whiteness that protects him from being shot. That is what white privilege in America is today.

And so, my responsibility's to only lift up those stories, but explain to communities across America, like I did in Youngstown, Ohio, to a young mother, that this is all of our responsibilities, and that together we can make our community stronger.

aside from DeBlasio, I can't think of anyone more detestable among the lower ranked candidates

#3 It used to be I felt this sort of a thing was a case of saying what was expected (say anything) to try to get elected. Now I think these idiots actually believe the stuff that emanates from their pieholes. I'm either more cynical or more realistic as a result...

#8 I think she was always aiming for the VP slot anyway. Biden or whomever will need some gender balance on the ticket and presumably in such a case Harris was knocked out of the running.

#10 Baltimore needs a hell of a lot more than anti-racism to fix it up. It has been in a terminal swirl down the toilet bowl for many decades.

Consider the loops needed to put a repo'ed home back on the market. First, Baltimore doesn't allow the turning off of services to a repo'ed home so water, electricity, and if connected, natural gas are all on.

These tend to have base connection rates if not used. The city pays these and puts it in account of the house. They can only be paid one day a year (random per house) and must be paid exactly in cash.

The "exactly" gets complicated as they can sell the debts to others so exactly is an unknown until one shows up to pay..

"Cash" is a problem to as City Hall is not a nice neighborhood and carrying piles of cash is dangerous there. Cash to the City of Morons is not a check, not a debit/credit card, not a money order, not an electronic funds transfer - it is only the green folding government script and it's associated coinage. STOP AND CONSIDER THAT!

A son was working at a major east coast re-titling operation after 2008 and the moronic city of Baltimore drove him crazy. One night he woke up from a bad dream about it saying "How do the criminals in Baltimore make bail?" BAIL BONDS MEN. And, they are located right across the street!

Done! In Baltimore the only sane way to clear a title is using a bail bondsman!

Think about a city run that way!
