Special Counsel recommends firing Kellyanne Conway for doing her job?

[Bing] The Office of Special Counsel recommended Thursday that Kellyanne Conway be fired from the federal government for violating the Hatch Act on "numerous occasions."

The Hatch Act is a federal law that limits certain political activities of ~~Trump staff~~ federal employees.

So who is the United States Office of Special Counsel?

Better yet, who is the head of the ~~sob~~ OSC? That would be Agency executive Henry Kerner, Special Counsel.

He spent 20 years as a prosecutor in California before becoming staff director for U.S. Senator John McCain at the United States Senate Homeland Security Permanent Subcommittee on Investigations.
