The wife of a Russian Oligarch and Putin ally, Lubov Chernukhin, joined Prime Minister and Cabinet ministers for dinner

Mrs Chernukhin paid £135,000 for the opportunity at a Tory-fundraiser

They were pictured at a Tory event in the Goring Hotel in upmarket Belgravia

Liz Truss posted the photo on Instagram to her 6,700 followers

The hotel has a Michelin-starred restaurant and rooms cost up to £2,000 a night
