Lawyers for convicted Boston Marathon bomber Dzhokhar Tsarnaev said they plan to address 30 reasons for why his death sentence should be thrown out

The team filed the motion last week in US Court of Appeals for the First Circuit

The attorneys' argument for sparing Tsarnaev's life is due next month before the appeals court

He's on death row. His lawyer will throw everything against the wall in the hope that something might stick.
